Wrong Material Delivered

  • Our floor is damaged on delivery. 
  • Manufacturing defects that you or our team find before installation.
  • The floor material is different from the confirmed order details.

Issues should be reported as early as possible after delivery, with clear photos or videos if possible, in order to help speed up the process.

Before returning, the following condition must be met:

Returned material must be kept:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Flooring that has been installed, cut, glued, or modified does not become eligible for return unless there exists a verified manufacturing defect.

Custom-Made Orders

Some of our flooring is manufactured to order, based on the dimensions, color, or project specifications. If that is the case, then this case will not be eligible for standard returns, as they are made for the specific project.
